Thank you for choosing thestartupfounderslifecoach.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to providing high-quality, transformational one-on-one coaching services to founders and entrepreneurs.
This Refund Policy applies exclusively to all one-on-one coaching programs, packages, or sessions purchased through this website.
1. Refunds Before Coaching Begins
If you decide not to proceed with your coaching package before your first scheduled session, you may request a refund.
A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund to cover onboarding, scheduling, and payment processing costs.
2. Refunds After Coaching Has Begun
Once the first coaching session has been delivered:
All coaching fees become non-refundable.
This is because coaching requires time, emotional and cognitive investment, preparation, and ongoing support from the coach.
3. Missed, Late, or Rescheduled Sessions
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions not rescheduled within the program timeframe are forfeited.
4. Expiration of Coaching Packages
Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe communicated upon purchase or onboarding.
Unused sessions are not refundable.
Extensions may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience significant unforeseen hardship (e.g., medical emergency), you may contact us at [insert email].
Refunds or accommodations in such cases are at our sole discretion.
6. Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel a coaching session unexpectedly, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
If a full coaching package must be cancelled from our side, you will receive a refund for the unused portion.
7. How to Request a Refund (Before First Session)
To request a refund prior to your first session, contact:

Include your full name, purchase email, date of purchase, and reason (optional).
We respond within five business days.
8. Chargebacks
Please communicate with us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered a breach of this policy.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
