Terms AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: December 4, 2025
Welcome to The Startup Founder's Coach (the "Site" or "Services"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the guidelines for your access to and use of the Site, including our coaching programs, consultations, resources, and related offerings provided by The Startup Founder's Coach ("we," "us," or "our").
We appreciate your interest and trust in our services. By accessing the Site, applying for coaching, scheduling sessions, or using any Services, you agree to these Terms. If any part doesn't align with your expectations, we invite you to reach out to discuss.
1. Description of Services
The Startup Founder's Coach offers personalized coaching programs such as The Founder Reset (6-session intensive) and Founder Evolution (10-session deep dive), thoughtfully designed to support startup founders with mindset.
Services are delivered via video calls, phone, email, messaging, or other mutually agreed methods. All content, including session notes, exercises, frameworks, and resources, is provided for your informational and personal development journey.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
We kindly ask that participants be at least 18 years old and able to enter into agreements.
Our programs are tailored for startup founders (e.g., post-Seed, Series A, or Series B raise) seeking personal and professional growth.
To make the most of our work together, we appreciate accurate information during applications, intake forms, and sessions.
Please help us keep things secure by safeguarding your accounts, devices, and session links.
3. Program Structure and Scheduling
Programs begin with a 2-hour kick-off session followed by 1-hour sessions (weekly or bi-weekly, based on our mutual agreement).
Sessions are scheduled via calendar invitation. We aim to start on time to maximize our time together; late arrivals may naturally shorten the session.
Scheduling Guidelines:
With 24+ hours' notice to cancel or reschedule: No concerns.
No-shows: We'll work together to find a path forward that feels fair.
4. Payments and Fees
Fees are clearly outlined at purchase/application. Once paid, they're generally non-refundable after the third session.
Payments are handled securely via trusted third-party providers.
All fees are in USD
5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All Site content, coaching materials, frameworks, exercises, videos, and resources are created by The Startup Founder's Life Coach and protected by copyright laws.
During your program, you receive a limited, personal-use license to support your journey.
We kindly ask that you not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt our materials without our written permission, to preserve their value for everyone.
Testimonials or feedback you share (with your consent) help inspire others on similar paths.
6. Confidentiality
We hold all client information, session content, and communications in the strictest confidence, sharing only:
With your explicit written permission.
If required by law (e.g., court order).
To help prevent imminent harm to you or others.
7. Nature of Coaching and Expected Outcomes
Coaching is a collaborative partnership; the depth of progress depends on our shared effort and your application of insights.
While we strive to support meaningful growth, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue, or achievements, as these vary by individual circumstances and effort.
Services are offered "as is," with the understanding that coaching complements but does not replace professional advice in medical, psychological, financial, legal, or business matters
8. Our Commitment to You
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Startup Founder's Coach aims to support your journey responsibly and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes (such as missed opportunities) from using the Site or Services.
In the unlikely event of any concerns, our shared goal is resolution, with liability thoughtfully limited to the fees paid for your program.
We encourage consulting qualified experts for specialized needs beyond coaching.
9. Mutual Respect and Site Usage
We value a positive, supportive community. Please use the Site and Services in ways that:
Align with lawful and respectful purposes.
Avoid harm, disruption, or interference with others.

10. Ending Our Engagement
You're welcome to pause or end Services at any time (though completed portions are generally non-refundable).
In rare cases of misalignment (e.g., non-payment or safety), we may need to pause or conclude access, always aiming for fairness.
Confidentiality and core obligations continue post-engagement.
11. Governing Law and Resolution
These Terms are guided by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
We prefer resolving any questions through open dialogue first, then amicable arbitration in Doha, Qatar if needed.
This approach helps us focus on mutual understanding over formal disputes.
12. Unforeseen Circumstances
We may experience delays beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, natural events). We'll communicate transparently and work to minimize impact.
13. Updates to Terms
We may refine these Terms as our services evolve, with notice via the Site or email. Your continued engagement reflects comfort with updates.
